Frango No Pucara
- 2 pound chopped Chicken
- ½ cup Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion (coarsely chopped)
- 2½ tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1/3 cup White Wine
- 1/3 cup Red Wine
- 1/3 cup Brandy
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Mix all the ingredients together, except chicken.
- Place the chicken in a baking pan and pour the mixture over it evenly.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F and bake the chicken for 60-75 minutes.
- Remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
