Rupsades (Portuguese Candy)

- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Boil all the ingredients until you get a thick and brandy colored mix.
- Take an ice tray having dividers.
- Place a cookie sheet on it.
- Pour the liquid and let it aside to cool.
- Remove the candies from the tray. They will resemble the shape of ice cubes.
- Wrap them in any wax paper.
