Garlic and Olive Oil Mash

- 1 kg Floury Potatoes
- 1 large Garlic Clove (crushed)
- Milk (as required)
- Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes, or until properly boiled.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and blend them with garlic and olive oil.
- Add some milk to get a nice and soft mashed mix.
- Flavor the mash with salt and pepper.
