- ½ cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Suet
- 1 tbsp Cheese (grated)
- 3 Bread Slices (toasted)
- Fat (for frying)
- Mix flour, suet, and cheese with enough cold water to make a little sticky dough.
- Divide the dough and shape into medium-sized roundels.
- Make crumbs from the toasted bread slices.
- Heat fat in a frying pan.
- Rub the dough roundels in the bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown & crispy.
- Remove excess oil by placing the dumplings on tissue papers.
- Serve hot.
