- 1 shot glass Orange Juice
- 1 shot glass Cream Sherry
- 1 Orange Slice
- 1 tbsp Ruby Port
- 1 ½ tsp Superfine Sugar
- Ice (crushed)
- Mix up the sugar and ice to taste in a traditional glass.
- Put orange juice and sherry in the glass. Whisk well.
- Top up with orange slice and drinking straw fixing through it.
- Put port on the orange slice.
