Scrambled Eggs with Flavor
- 4 large Eggs
- 1-2 medium Green Chilies (chopped finely)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Beat eggs, salt, and water in bowl until well blended.
- Add cilantro and chilies. Stir.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet and add the egg mixture. Cook, stirring continuously, until you get small egg pieces.
- Serve hot with bread slices.
