- 1 kg Rice Flour
- 8 cups Coconut (grated)
- A handful of Cumin Seeds
- Salt (to taste)
- Mix together flour, coconut, half handful cumin seeds, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Dry roast the remaining cumin seeds in a pan.
- Pour the flour mixture in the pan and cook for about 20-25 minutes on medium flame, until brown. Stir frequently.
- Remove and cool completely.
- Serve with hot tea.
