- 2 cups Raw Jackfruit
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Dilute turmeric powder in 2 cups of water in a pan.
- Flavor with salt and pepper to taste. Boil the water.
- Add jackfruit, along with its seeds. Cover and cook till the jackfruit turns fork soft.
- Add curry leaves and coconut oil. Mix well.
- Serve hot with rice.
