Baked Potatoes with Oregano

- 1½ kg Potatoes
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Oregano (to flavor)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Peel the potatoes, rinse and drain them.
- Slice them into small pieces and place them in a baking pan.
- Pour olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir gently.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
