- 200 g Almonds
- 200 g Sugar
- Heat almonds in a pan and remove the skin.
- Add sugar to the pan and heat both on low flame.
- Stir continuously till the almonds take on a pink color and sugar melts completely.
- Transfer the mixture into a 2-inch deep buttered tray.
- Cut them into pieces and shift to a serving platter to dry.
