Basil and Feta Cheese Spread

- 1 pound Feta Cheese
- 1 cup loosely packed Basil Leaves
- ¼ cup chopped Chives
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Grind basil leaves and chives in a food processor until fine.
- Blend in feta cheese and garlic. Process.
- Add enough olive oil to the mixture to make a spreadable mixture.
- To serve, spread on bread, little pizzas, or add to soups or vegetables.
