- 160 gm Chocolate (grinded)
- 160 gm Almonds
- 160 gm Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites.
- Coarsely grind the almond with a pestle and mortar.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten egg whites, almonds and chocolates together. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan. Spread evenly.
- Bake in an oven at 350 degree F for 50-55 minutes.
- Remove and cut into square pieces.
- Serve cool.
