- 1 kg Figs (peeled)
- 1 glass Water
- 1 Lemon
- 500 gm Sugar
- Boil the figs in water and add sugar.
- Smash it when it is tender.
- Stir continuously until the mixture becomes thick.
- Squeeze the lemon and remove from the heat.
- Let it cool and preserve in refrigerator.
