Fish Roe Salad

- 125 gm Fish Roe
- 4 slices Stale Bread (soaked and drained)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- Lemon Juice
- 150 gm Olive Oil
- Blend the onion and fish roe in a mixer.
- Add the lemon juice, bread and the olive oil and blend again until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer in a bowl.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
