- 10 Red Mexico Chillies (roasted)
- 10-12 Almonds/Cashews
- Tamarind Pulp (as required)
- 1¼ tbsp Raisins
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- Place chillies, almonds/cashews, tamarind pulp, raisins, and salt in a grinder. Grind them to make a nice and smooth paste.
- Transfer into a container and keep aside for one week.
- Mix onion and serve with rice.
