Ghau Ni Rotli

- 1/2 kg Whole Meal Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter or Pure Ghee
- 1 tsp Salt
- Boiling water to knead pliable Dough
- Knead very smooth and soft dough with above written ingredients.
- Cover it for 1 hour.
- Make small pieces of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
- Cook on a griddle allowing without overcooked.
- Lightly brush with ghee and keep in hot-pot.
