- 3 cups Kale (chopped or shredded)
- 3-4 medium Potatoes (peeled and halved)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 cups Water
- 1 Linguica (thinly sliced)
- Boil potatoes, along with olive oil, salt, and water, in a pressure cooker until tender.
- Remove the potatoes and mash.
- Transfer the potato water and mashed potatoes in a pot and boil.
- Add kale and boil uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Ladle in serving bowls and serve with a thin slice of linguiça on each bowl.
