- 1 1/2 lb Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Old Bay Seasoning or Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- A pinch of Oregano
- Slightly boil the shrimp with the Old Bay seasoning or salt in water.
- Drain and place them in a platter and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle oregano and toss lightly.
- Serve hot with salad and hard, crusty bread.
