- 1 Small lobster
- 1/3 Cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Cook the lobster and remove meat from it.
- Cut the meat into small pieces.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan over low heat.
- Add cheese and stir-fry until cheese is melted.
- Gradually add Tabasco sauce and wine. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Now add meat. Stir and cook until well done.
- Keep in a crockpot. Serve with cracker dippers.
