- 230 g Chicken
- 1 small bunch of Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 small bunch of Mint Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1½ tbsp roasted Bread Crumbs
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend well.
- Shape the mixture into oval cutlets.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets.
- Serve hot with chili sauce.
