- 800 gms Lobster
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hollandaise sauce
- Lengthwise slice the lobster into two.
- Drizzle the lobster with oil on both sides.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill it under low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with thyme jut.
- Serve with basmati rice and Hollandaise sauce.
