- 10 Chicken Sausages
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Oil (for frying)
- Salt (to taste)
- Chop the sausages into small pieces.
- Combine chili powder, turmeric powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Marinate the sausages with the mixed powder. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the sausages until deep brown.
- Sprinkle the remaining black pepper and blend well.
