- 5-6 pounds Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 4 large Onions (sliced)
- 1 bundle fresh Rosemary
- 4 crushed Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 35 oz Cream
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish and place the onion slices over them.
- Pour cream, garlic, and rosemary. Mix well.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Serve hot like an appetizer.
