- 455 g Salmon Pieces
- 2 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ Lemon
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- ½ cup light Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Squeeze lemon juice on the fish pieces.
- Combine rest of the ingredients, with little water, in a medium bowl. Mix to make a smooth paste.
- Blend the fish into the paste and marinate for 10-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish, until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot.
