- 1 kg Black Grapes
- 1 liter Water
- 1 tbsp Wheat
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 1 kg Sugar
- 1 Egg White (beaten)
- 3 Cardamoms
- 1 small Cinnamon
- Combine grapes, sugar, and water in a blender. Process for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a 2 liter glass jar.
- Add in all the remaining ingredients and keep it closed for 21 days. Thereafter, strain it using a fine cloth.
- Keep it back in the same jar for another 3 days.
