- 1 ripe Banana
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Slice the banana into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry the banana pieces until light brown.
- Sprinkle sugar and fry further until the pieces get browner.
- Remove and serve hot.
