- 4 Potatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- ½ cup Oil
- Slice potatoes into thin long pieces.
- Soak them in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and dry them.

- Sprinkle chilly powder and toss well to blend.
