- 1 Potato (cut into small pieces)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tsp Oil
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry potatoes and little salt. Cover and cook for a while on low flame.
- Stir in tomatoes. Crush the whole mixture using a crushing spoon.
- Add egg and stir well. Cook on medium flame until half dry.
- Serve hot.
