- 2 Cups wheat flour.
- 4 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Cup milk.
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Mix baking powder, cumin seeds, salt and ghee with the flour thoroughly.
- Add milk to the mixture and make soft dough.
- Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make paranthas.
- Place them on heated tawa and cook it well.
- Serve it with butter.
