Filipino Fruit Salad
- 1½ bars Cream Cheese
- 2 cans Cream
- 1 small can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Tropical Fruits (drained)
- 2 Bananas (chopped)
- 1 small bottle Young Coconut (drained)
- 3 cubes of different colored Nata De Coco
- 1 bottle Palm Fruit (drained)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Combine cream cheese, cream, and condensed milk in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add tropical fruits, coconut, palm fruit, nata de coco, and sugar. Mix and refrigerate for some time.
- Toss in chopped bananas and serve.
