- 2 cups tender Coconut Pulp
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- Few Dates (chopped)
- Few Cashews (chopped)
- ½ cup Hot Water
- Mix gelatin with hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Add condensed milk, milk, and coocnut pulp. Mix well.
- Trasnfer into serving cups and refrigerate.
- Garnish with dates and cashews.
- Coconut Pudding is ready to serve.
