- 12 slices Rye Bread
- 3 tbsp Butter (softened)
- 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 pound sliced Swiss Cheese
- 1 lb sliced cooked and corned Beef
- 1 can Sauerkraut (drained)
- Butter one side of all the bread slices evenly.
- Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce together. Spread over 6 bread slices.
- Cover up with cheese slices, corned beef and sauerkraut.
- Place the remaining 6 bread slices over the prepared slices to make 6 sandwiches.
- Serve now.
