- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chilly (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- ¼ tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Beat egg white in a bowl until it forms into soft peaks.
- Add egg yolk and beat until well combined.
- Stir in onion, coriander, green chilly, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture. Fry on both sides until brown.
- Serve hot.
