- 3 cups Basmati Rice
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 tsp Oil
- Combine rice with enough water, oil, and salt in a large pan.
- Boil until the water reduces to little below rice level, on medium flame.
- Cover and cook on low flame for ½ hour.
- Serve hot with kebabs.
