- 1 (3-inch) slab firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 White Bread Slices
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1½ tbsp Mayonnaise
- Grill tofu until brown and crisp. Slice thinly.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Place grilled and slice tofu on 2 of the slices.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on tofu.
- Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Heat butter in a flat pan on medium low.
- Grill the sandwiches on both sides, until golden.
- Serve warm.
