Ingredients:
- 300 g Red Onions (finely chopped)
- 100 g raw Mangoes (finely chopped)
- 10 g Ginger (minced)
- ½ bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 5 Green Chilies (deseeded and finely chopped)
- ½ large Coconut (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Extract thick milk from grated coconut.
- Combine coconut milk with rest of the ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss to mix well.
- Your coconut milk salad is ready to serve!
