Pan Fry Chicken
- 910 gm Chicken Pieces
- 6 tbsp Flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ cup Oil
- Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Roll the chicken into dry mixture.
- Put oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it is brown on both sides.
- Cook it covered for ½ hour on low flame.
- Remove the lid and cook for another 10 minutes to make the skin crusty.
- Serve hot.
