- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Take eggs in a bowl and beat until foamy.
- Put in milk with sugar and continue beating until well mixed.
- Melt butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Spread it evenly and fry on low flame, flipping once, until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
