- 2 Hamburger Patties
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 cup Water
- Stir fry hamburger in rendered fat, whisking to crumble properly until brown.
- Pour off the excess fat; add butter, flour, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly over medium heat.
- Pour in water and cream and cook until thick gravy is prepared.
- Serve with roasted bread.
