Roasted Pepper Salad

- 4 Colored Bell Peppers (roasted, seeded & chopped )
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Cumin salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and put in bell peppers with all remaining ingredients.
- Shallow fry them on medium flame until the dressing thickens.
- Then take it off heat and keep it to the side for 30 min.
- Serve it with crispy bread.
