- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup fresh Corn Kernels
- 1 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the onion, green pepper and corn for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. Stir in the hot sauce and serve now.
