- 2 large Green Peppers
- 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin to taste
- Deseed the peppers and cut them into strips.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers keeping the skin part down on medium flame until skin is dark & wrinkled. Then fry the other side until it is tender.
- Place the peppers on a plate laying the skin part down and let the skin to steam for 2-3 min. Then remove the skin and flavor it with cumin & salt to taste.
- Serve it with morrocan bread.
