Ingredients:

• 1 cup Sugar
• 3¼ tbsp Flour
• 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
• 2½ cups Water

Cooking Instructions:

• Combine the entire ingredients in a heavy pot and place over medium high heat.
• Bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
• Simmer until thick, stirring constantly.
• Serve with toasted bread.
