- 2 cans of water-packed Albacore Tuna (drained)
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp Brine
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 small Preserved Lemon (finely minced)
- 1 tsp Preserved Lemon Brine
- 3 tbsp extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Cucumber (small dice)
- Small handful Parsley (finely chopped)
- Large pinch Cumin (ground)
- Large pinch Smoked Paprika (ground)
- Large pinch Coriander (ground)
- Take capers, mustard, preserved lemon, brine juices, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix it well.
- Add tuna, cucumbers and parsley, and blend gently.
- Mix in spices and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve thereafter.
