- 1 can Corned Beef
- 1½ cups Potatoes (mashed)
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs to coat
- Oil for frying
- Combine together beef, potato, egg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Roll the patties over breadcurmbs.
- Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan and drop the patties into oil.
- Fry until evenly golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain on a kitchen towel.
- Serve hot.
