- ¾ pound White Fish (cooked)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg
- 3 sprigs Parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- Blend fish in a food processor on high speed until fine.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again on low for 45 seconds.
- Boil water and drop the mixture through a teaspoon and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve after cooling slightly.
