Cherry Jam

Ingredients:

• 500 gm Cherries (chopped)
• 2½ cups Sugar
• 4 cups Water
• ¼ tsp Red Food Color (liquid)

Cooking Instructions:

• Boil cherries in water until tender.
• Drain and smash.
• Add sugar and put over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
• Remove from the heat and add color.
• Cool and put into an airtight jar.
• Serve from same day.
