Avocado Corn Salsa

- ½ Avocado (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup Corn (boiled)
- 1 Italian Plum (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Combine avocado, corn, plum and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and toss the bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Avocado Corn Salsa is ready to serve.
