- 300 gms Moong Dal
- 5 gms Cumin Seeds
- 9 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 Star Anise / Chakra Phool
- 25 gms Chopped Coriander
- 50 gms Onions
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (to fry)
- Soak the moong dal in water for about a day.
- Take the moong dal and grind it properly, it should become a paste.
- Blend the paste in onions, coriander cumin seed and chilies.
- Put little salt and deep fry it till it turns golden.
