- 4-6 tbsp Finnish Viili
- 600 ml Whole Milk
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon (powdered)
- Take milk in a pan and get it to boil. Then take it off heat.
- Remove the yellowish-white cream from the top of the viili.
- Put little viili in the serving cups and pour milk into each cup.
- Keep the cups covered with paper towel in a closed oven for 24 hrs.
- Thereafter, refrigerate it covered with plastic wrap for an hour.
- Sprinkle with sugar and powdered cinnamon.
- Serve it cold.
